Do My Points Expire?
Updated over 6 months ago

Short answer: Sometimes!

Points deductions are simply a way for us to manage accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, which in this case is 1 year. Please note that if a member has not accessed the app in 6 months, they will be identified as an inactive member. Points will not be deducted until this inactivity reaches one year.

Points are deducted as we find that accounts with points left in the balance become vulnerable to fraud.

The good news is that it's incredibly easy to keep your account active and avoid this points deduction altogether. All you need to do is log into your Drop app a minimum of once every 6 months, and you'll be back on track.

We want to emphasize that once this points deduction is made, it cannot be reversed, so we encourage you to stay engaged with Drop to make the most of your experience.
