Short answer: No.

Refunded, returned or exchanged purchases do not qualify for Drop points.

Common reasons why a purchase won't qualify for points:

πŸ‘‰β€‹ The purchase had a partial refund, which we've adjusted points for
πŸ‘‰β€‹ The purchase was exchanged, which processed a new transaction outside of the Drop app
πŸ‘‰β€‹ The subscription was cancelled before the required time
πŸ‘‰β€‹ The reservation was cancelled or unattended

Occasionally, merchants encounter shipping issues and process a reshipment of the product. If you happen to experience this, get in touch with Customer Support.
