Short answer: No.
Refunded, returned or exchanged purchases do not qualify for Drop points.
Common reasons why a purchase won't qualify for points:
πβ The purchase was fully refunded
πβ The purchase had a partial refund, which we've adjusted points for
πβ The purchase was exchanged, which processed a new transaction outside of the Drop app
πβ The subscription was cancelled before the required time
πβ The reservation was cancelled or unattended
Occasionally, merchants encounter shipping issues and process a reshipment of the product. If you happen to experience this, get in touch with Customer Support.
