Short answer: Unfortunately, no.

For offers that require shopping through the app (as seen by the Shop Now button), a purchase made without going through the offer link would not be eligible for points.

Card-linked offers (offers which appear under the 'Card' tab) do not require members to shop through the app to earn points. You simply need to activate these offers, and eligible purchases made with a linked card should earn points automatically.
