What do I do if I don't know the answer to a security question?

If you don't know the answer to your security questions when trying to link your credentials, we suggest to take some time checking in with your bank.

Most banks allow you to see this information via the online banking website, but if this isn't available it's best to give your bank a call to have this information updated.

In the case that you're presented with a numerical code to verify your card link instead of a security question, please submit a ticket in-app with a screenshot of the error so our Support team can look further into this with you.
