What do I do if I don't receive my reward?

If you don't see it appear in your Drop app or email inbox within 3 business days, please connect with our Support team.

  • Click My Drop in the app
  • Click the gear in the top right corner —> click Help
  • You’ll be directed to our Chatbot —> follow its prompts, and a ticket will be made

Follow the prompts: 

  • "I didn't receive my gift card" 
  • "it's past 3 days" 
  • "Tap here to submit a ticket"
