You’ll know your ticket was successfully submitted when you receive a confirmation email from Drop.
Depending on the issue you report, you may also receive a second email asking for more information. In those cases we won’t be able to help until you’ve told us a little more, so please be sure to double check the status of your ticket so we can get your issue sorted ASAP.
