Sometimes we will experience a delay in receiving your transactions from our providers, Plaid. When the delays are resolved by Plaid, our Customer Success team may be able to process a backfill on the account.
A backfills ensures that all eligible purchases are awarded points correctly! This means that our system will scan back through your eligible transactions and attempt to reprocess points for those purchases that were missed. This process can take up to 8 days and will only comb through your purchases made with Power offer brands, not In-app offer brands.
