I made a purchase but didn't add the offer to my account until after, can I still earn points?

Unfortunately, this will not qualify for Drop points if the offer was added after the purchase was made.

Why? With the way we've set up our internal technology, qualifying purchases will be recognized only after signing up as a Drop member. Our technology intelligently identifies purchases made after you've signed up so we can award your spending going forward!

Additionally, most of our in-app offers require Drop members to shop or signup through the offer link in the Drop app, and this is a requirement to earn these points. In this example, if the offer wasn't added to your Drop account yet and there was a requirement to use Drop's offer link, the purchase would be deemed as ineligible.
