A Points Adjustment is an automated correction process within our backend system where points can be added or removed for factors such as: returns, exchanges, or currency conversions.
This process aims to correct points that were previously applied, by adding or subtracting points to match what our partners have deemed as eligible.
To see if adjustments had been made, scroll through your Points tab (top right, purple button)
▶ A negative amount indicates points had been subtracted from your balance (i.e.: -500 pts)
▶ A positive amount indicates points had been added to your balance (i.e.: 500 pts)
