Refunded, returned or exchanged purchases do not qualify for Drop points.
Common reasons why a purchase won't qualify for points:
👉​ The purchase was fully refunded
👉​ The purchase had a partial refund, which we've adjusted points for
👉​ The purchase was exchanged, which processed a new transaction outside of the Drop app
👉​ The subscription was canceled before the required time
👉​ The reservation was canceled or unattended
Occasionally, merchants encounter shipping issues and process a reshipment of the product. If you happened to experience this, get in touch with Customer Support:
