Your security is important to us and we kindly ask members to reverify their online banking credentials when prompted in the Drop app. This ensures your Drop account continues to show you offers that are relevant to you.
Why do I have to re-verify my credentials? When a credential unlinks from your Drop account, re-verifying this information will re-authenticate access to continue syncing this account. If there are interruptions to the connection between your bank and our API providers, Plaid or Finicity, your credentials may not be accepted.
