When you redeem a reward, the funds included in the gift card are reflective of the amount of points you redeemed. For example, if you redeem 20,000 points your gift card funds should have a $20.00 balance.
If you have a favourite reward and redeem for this reward frequently, you are most likely opening an email for a reward redeemed before hand, hence a $0.00 balance.
For example, if you redeem a $20.00 gift card on Monday, and redeem the same gift card again the following day and find a $0.00 balance in the reward email, please double check the date and your inbox for another reward email before contacting Drop's Customer Success. There may be another reward email waiting for you in your inbox!
