If you have a favourite reward and redeem for this reward frequently, you are most likely opening an email for a reward redeemed beforehand, hence a $0.00 balance.
Please double-check the date and your inbox for another reward email before contacting Customer Support. Otherwise, they'll be happy to resend your reward.
Note:
👉 When you redeem a reward, the funds included in the gift card are reflective of the amount of points you redeemed. For example, 25,000 points are equal to a $25 gift card.
