If your gift card isn't being accepted, it is likely one of two situations:
1. You are using an old gift card you have redeemed through Drop. We recommend getting in touch with our Support Team, who can resend your most recent redemption of that reward to the top of your inbox.
2. There is an issue with the gift card itself. For these circumstances, we recommend getting in contact with the support team of the brand your gift card is for.
