Why isn't my bank appearing when I search for it?

If you’re not able to find your bank after typing it in the search field, it would mean that your institution isn’t supported at this time. Some institutions, such as small credit unions and online banks aren't supported because:

- This bank/financial institution isn't incompatible with the Drop app,
- The bank may be experiencing unforeseen delays,
- The credit union isn't supported by Plaid or Finicity yet.

Please note: Online institutions such as PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Chime, KOHO, Varo, Plastiq, etc. are incompatible with Drop at this time. 

Looking to link Apple Pay? Apply Pay is supported on Drop if you can locate your bank in our list of supported institutions. If you're not able to find your bank, Apple Pay cannot link to Drop.

If you’re having trouble choosing between the banks that appear, we encourage you to choose the institution name that best describes the bank account you have. If your institution includes a state, please select the correct bank with your state. 

However, if you know that Plaid supports your bank and you’re not able to find it in the Drop app, it would mean that this bank isn't compatible with our app yet. We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

Our providers, Plaid and Finicity, are always working to grow their list of institutions, and we hope that yours will be included soon!
