If you’re not able to find your bank after typing it in the search field in the Drop app, it would unfortunately mean that your institution isn’t supported at this time.
If you’re having trouble choosing between the banks that appear, we encourage you to choose the institution name that best describes the bank account you have. If your institution includes a state, please select the correct bank with your state.
If you’re still unable to locate your institution, it would mean that your bank is not supported.
Our providers, Plaid, are always working to grow their list of institutions, and we hope that yous will be included soon. Though, if you know that Plaid supports your bank but you’re not able to find it in the Drop app, it would mean that it is not compatible with our app. We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
