When you receive this message in the Drop app, it means that our providers are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it immediately. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide an exact time and date for these issues to be resolved.
Once fixed, you will be asked to re-verify your login credentials. Make sure to keep an eye out for prompts to do this.
