If your card is linked but you're not earning points from transactions, it's possible that you're paying with funds from an account (checking, savings, credit) that is not active through your card.
To see which accounts you have active:
- Go to the Card tab --> click on Your linked card
- Click on your card
- Under Linked accounts, you can turn on and off any accounts connected through your card
