To submit a ticket to change your phone number:
Click My Drop in the app (bottom right)
Click the Menu in the top left corner → click Get Help
Click Messages (If you've visited the chatbot before, click on the new message icon in the top right)
You’ll be directed to our Chatbot
Once in the Chatbot, please select the following steps:
1️⃣ I want to make an update to my account
2️⃣ Get help with my phone number
3️⃣ I need to update my phone number
4️⃣ I need to update my phone number
Doing this should allow you to input a request that will be sent over to one of our agents, who will then update your phone number as soon as possible.
