How-To: How Do I Unlink a Card?

To do this, you will need to have 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)turned on. This is to ensure that you, the Drop account holder, are the one making the changes.

Turn on 2-Factor Authentication (2FA):
πŸ‘€β€‹ My Drop (bottom right), then tap the menu at the top left
​⏬ Scroll down to "Two-Factor Authentication"
πŸ“²β€‹ Enter your mobile number (it must be a number that can receive texts)
πŸ”’β€‹ Enter the verification code sent via text

Unlink a card:
πŸ‘€β€‹ My Drop (bottom right), then tap the menu at the top left
πŸ’³β€‹ Linked Cards
πŸ¦β€‹ Choose the banking institution you'd like to unlink
⏩​ Unlink
