To change your account password when you're in the Drop app, tap:
Click My Drop in the app (bottom right)
Click the Menu in the top left corner → click Personal Details
Select Update password
If you're logged out of the Drop app and need to reset your password, tap:
Sign in
Can't sign in? Reset password
Enter the email you used for your Drop account
Following these steps, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders in case the email doesn't appear in your main inbox.
