How Do I Update My Drop Account Password?

To change your account password when you're in the Drop app, tap:

  • Click My Drop in the app (bottom right)

  • Click the Menu in the top left corner → click Personal Details

  • Select Update password

If you're logged out of the Drop app and need to reset your password, tap:

  • Sign in

  • ​Can't sign in? Reset password

  • Enter the email you used for your Drop account

Following these steps, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. Be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders in case the email doesn't appear in your main inbox.
