If you have a favourite reward and redeem this reward frequently, you are most likely opening an email for a reward redeemed beforehand, hence a $0.00 balance.
Please double-check the date and your inbox for another reward email before contacting Customer Support.
Another uncommon reason that a reward can have a $0 balance is that it was unfortunately accessed by someone other than you. We strongly suggest updating your Drop account password to one you do not use for any other service to ensure your account cannot be easily accessed and to ultimately secure your redemptions. If this is the case, we won't be able to refund your reward, but be sure to reach out to Support to confirm this occurrence first.
