Short answer: No.
Though we'd like to do what's in our power to help members, our team doesn't have the capability to link any member's account for any reason. This is by design. Your linked banking credentials are not linked in a way that allows anyone on our team to take action on your account. Thus, we cannot link or unlink the card on your behalf.
When a member links their online banking credentials to Drop, they link directly to our providers - Plaid or Finicity - who commit to empowering their customers to securely and safely access your financial data.
