We currently do not support joint banking credentials across multiple member accounts.
Only one account holder can successfully link and earn points from purchases made on this account. Unfortunately, our platform cannot support both accounts if the secondary cardholder links it to their Drop account as well.
Our system will prevent both accounts from redeeming points until this is cleared up. To do that, one of you will need to toggle off the joint account(s).
Here's how:
Step 1: Check which accounts are joint.
π€ Click on My Drop (bottom right) and then select the menu in the top left corner
π³ Click on Linked Cards
π¦ Select the bank you both use
π Compare which accounts you both have toggled on
Step 2: Once those accounts are identified, one of you toggles it off.
π Toggle ON: Green
π Toggle OFF: Grey
