Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Your Linked Card

If you're currently experiencing an issue with your linked card, here are the standard troubleshooting steps we recommend taking:

First, relink your card.

  • Go to the Card tab

  • Click Relink your card Relink on the affected card

  • Follow the steps included

If you have successfully linked your card but it keeps unlinking every few minutes, it's usually an MFA issue. Click here to be taken to the MFA article for more details.

If your card is linked but you're not earning points from transactions, we recommend checking to see which accounts you have active through your linked card. Click here to be taken to an article for more details.

Click My Drop in the app (bottom right)

Click the Menu in the top left corner → click Help

You’ll be directed to our Chatbot → follow the prompts, and a ticket will be created
