If you're encountering login issues, we recommend taking these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure your VPN is turned off
Make sure your phone is not in low-battery/power-saving mode
Restarting your phone and loading the app tends to fix the issue.
If the app crashes while loading, do not delete and re-download, but just fully restart the app. In very rare cases, this may take up to three attempts.
If you need to sign in, make sure to use the same method as you did when creating the account - using an email login that is not the one attached to your account will create a new account with no balance.
